Adult Training Services

Adult Training Services provide opportunities for people with developmental disabilties to explore interests, develop skills, and interact with their communities in a supportive, noncompetitive environment. As a provider of services for the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities, the centers serve more than two hundred individuals who are twenty-one and older. Located in six centers throughout Camden County, The Arc's Adult Training Centers seek to provide a wide range of services to consumers who are eligible for this program. Each center works to meet the needs of each consumer through a person-centered approach, helping develop daily living, communication, social, habilitation and community integration skills. Each center is staffed by a Supervisor, an Assistant Supervisor and a team of Instructors and is supported by a Program Specialist.
