Assistant Residential Manager (Voorhees)

Qualifications:
Minimum of one (1) year experience in the field of developmental disabilities. GED or High School Diploma. Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Must be 21 years of age. Must be a flexible individual who has a basic knowledge of community living arrangements, integration and normalization.

Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for the duties as assigned by the manager so that the residential facility will operate smoothly and provide the service recipients the opportunity for maximum growth. The Assistant manager will be responsible for and assume the duties of the Manager if Manager is unavailable. Responsible for supervision of all other residence staff as assigned by the manager. He/she is expected to counsel and assist the residents in developing and reinforcing independent living skills.

Employment Specialist

Qualifications:
Associate's degree or three years of work experience in a human service related field. Experience working with developmentally disabled people preferred. Must have own motor vehicle and provide proof of care insurance. Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and at least 21 years of age.

Job Summary:
Responsible for coordinating and implementing all phases of job placement process for persons assigned to their caseloads. Assist job seeking individuals in locating and securing satisfying job opportunities.
1. Perform all responsibilities associated with the pre-placement, intensive training and follow along phases of the job placement process.
2. Maintain effective links of communication with all referral agents.
3. Provide hands on training and assistance when required at placement sites.
4. Flexible in terms of scheduling their work time to accommodate the needs of persons served.
5. Actively develop a pool of available job leads that can be utilized by their prospective candidates as well as other Employment Specialists.
6. Assist all persons served with help in related areas such as benefits, SSI/SSDI concerns, transportation, etc.
7. Assures that all required paper work and documentation is done in an accurate and timely manner.

Residential Manager – (Lindenwold, NJ)

Qualifications:
Minimum of two years' experience in the field of developmental disabilities. GED or High School Diploma. Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Must be a flexible individual who has a basic knowledge of community living arrangements, integration and normalization.

Job Summary:
The Manager will supervise and be responsible for the operation of an all-female residential facility within the community. She will be responsible for the general maintenance management of the program. Will be expected to counsel and assist the residents in developing and reinforcing independent living skills. Supervise and/or direct any personnel and volunteers assigned directly to the residential facility. Assist staff and residents in the discharge of their duties. Provide written evaluations of all staff as required by Personnel Policies or as directed. Report to and works under the direction of the Residential program Director.

ATS Instructor

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 18 years of age. Experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred. NJ Driver's license and acceptable driving record required.

Job Summary:
A.T.S. Instructors plan and supervise activities for the adults with developmental disabilities who attend Adult Training Centers. Adult Training Centers typically serve 30 to 36 service recipients, and are staffed by 5 to 7 Instructors.

ATS Program Specialist (Camden County Area)

Qualifications:
Minimum 21 years of age. Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related discipline. Knowledge of principles and methods of needs assessment and the development of service plans for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.

Job Summary:
ATS Program Specialist will be responsible for the IHP process for individuals attending Adult Training Centers. Additionally, Program Specialist will serve as resource for Center Supervisors and direct care staff in developing programs and service plans.

Responsibilities:
1. Accept and demonstrate the Agency's Standard of Cooperative Teamwork.
2. Act as advocate for individuals attending Adult Training Centers.
3. Coordinate the development and implementation of Individual Habilitation Plans, within the policies of the Arc of Camden County and the guidelines of the Department of Human Services.
4. Act as a resource to supervisory staff in the operation of Adult Training Centers.
5. Represent consumers and the Agency in a positive and professional manner.

Part Time LPN Nurse

Qualifications:
A current Nursing license from the State of New Jersey. GED or High School Diploma. Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Must be a flexible individual who has a basic knowledge of community living arrangements, integration and normalization.

Job Summary:
1. Responsible for the duties assigned by the Manager so that the residential facility will operate and provide the service recipients the opportunity for maximum growth.
2. Maintain accurate knowledge of residential procedures, shift responsibilities, individual service recipient characteristics and Personnel Policies and procedures.
3. Complete all medical treatments as assigned by the physicians and his/her designee.
4. Ensure that all medications are taken at the proper time and in the quantity that is prescribed.
5. Ensure that the house management is aware of the quantity of medication available in the home.
6. Ensure the proper records are maintained regarding medication dispensed during shift.
7. Take and record temperature, pulse and respiration rates of assigned individuals, and take and record food and liquid intake and output of individuals as directed by the program supervisor.

Part Time C.N.A./MST/HHA

Qualifications:
Must have valid C.N.A. or Multi Skilled Technician Certification. Must have GED or High School Diploma and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:
The C.N.A. will be responsible for all duties as assigned by the Manager so that the residential facility will operate smoothly and provide the service recipients the opportunity for maximum growth. C.N.A. will also be responsible for maintaining accurate knowledge of residential procedures, shift responsibilities. ATS Van Aide

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 21 years of age. Experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.

Job Summary:
To assist in the supervision and transporting of individuals to and from Adult Training Centers and Center sponsored events.

Responsibilities:
1. Accept and demonstrate the Agency's Standard of Cooperative Teamwork.
2. Provide appropriate supervision and assistance to individuals being transported, including assisting individuals on and off the vehicle.
3. Provide curb-to-curb transportation to individuals served. Aides must remain with their vehicles, and may not transport individuals to or from the home. Ensure that service recipients are not left unattended in a vehicle.
4. Ensure that all individuals are properly secured and belted prior to moving the vehicle. All wheelchairs must be secured with four-point restraints.
5. Monitor the appearance and operation of Agency vehicles and notify the Center Supervisor of problems or concerns. Assist with the completion of the Vehicle Safety Checklist each month.

Pay Rate: $8.50 an hour (20-25 hours a week, M-F 7a-9a & 1p-4P)
