Full-Time One on One Aide – Pennsauken ATS
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 18 years of age. Experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred. NJ Driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
Job Summary:
1. One on One Aid is primarily responsible for supervision and individual support of an adult with developmental disabilities, who attends and Adult Training or Special Needs Center. In addition a One on One Aid contributes to Center operations through light cleaning and decorating duties as assigned.
2. Provide supervision and/or physical assistance during eating and leisure times, and during personal care activities which may include changing, showering, toileting, etc.
3. Assist in daily activities for service recipients and provide supervision and/or assistance as needed for individual and group activities.
a. Must be able to creatively adapt a variety of activities to match the needs and capabilities of service recipient.
b. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of teaching techniques.
c. Must remain engaged with service recipient and actively encourage their
participation throughout the day.
d. Must be able to recognize and address the strengths, needs, and capabilities
of service recipient.
Residential Manager – Cherry Hill Area
Qualifications:
Minimum two (2) years experience in the field of development disabilities. GED or High School diploma. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required. Flexible individual with basic knowledge of community living arrangements, integration and normalization.
Job Summary:
1. Supervise and/or direct all personnel and volunteers assigned directly to the residential facility.
2. Assist them in the discharge of their duties.
3. Provide written evaluations of all staff as required by the Personnel Policies or as directed.
4. Responsible to and reports to the Residential Program Director.
5. Ensure that facility will meet all requirements of licensing or regulatory agencies, which impact on the program.
6. Responsible for safety of the individuals in the program.
ATS Program Specialist - Throughout Camden County Area
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related discipline. Knowledge of principles and methods of needs assessment and the development of service plans for people with developmental disabilities. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
Job Summary:
1. Responsible for the IHP process for individuals attending Adult Training Centers.
2. Serve as resources for Center Supervisors and direct care staff in developing programs and service plans.
3. Conduct assessments of the needs and desires of individuals and assessments that should be scheduled well in advance of the IHP meeting.
4. Schedule meetings of the interdisciplinary team and notify the IDT of those meetings.
5. With center staff, conduct periodic reviews of individual progress and modify IHPs as necessary.
6. Maintain rights of persons supported, including confidentiality and the right to privacy.
Assistant Residential Manager
Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field of developmental disabilities.
GED or High School diploma. Must be flexible and have basic knowledge of community living arrangements, integration and normalization. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Must have or be willing to obtain First Aid, CPR, and DDD trainings with 120 days.
Job Summary: Individual will be responsible for all duties assigned by the Manager so that the residential facility will operate smoothly and provide the service recipients the opportunity for maximum growth. Responsible for supervision of all other residence staff as assigned by the Manager. Able to carry out supervision to ensure quality programming for service recipients. Under direct supervision of the Manager. Will be on call as assigned by the Manager. Will be responsible for and resume the duties of the Manager at any time the Manager is not available. This means the Assistant Manager will assume responsibility for the general operation of the program. Ensure accurate records are kept, as required by the Licensing Agency, i.e., medical, financial, identification, and I.H.P. and assist in the development of monthly reports as assigned. Oversee proper use of medications and records of same. Maintain awareness while on duty to ensure the safety of the individuals in the program. This means no sleeping on duty unless hired for an asleep night duty position. Asleep overnight staff may be required to stay awake for the shift if conditions merit this action.
Full & Part Time C.N.A.’s – Audubon & Berlin Area
Qualifications: Must have valid C.N.A. or Multi Skilled Technician Certification. Must have GED or High School Diploma and valid driver’s license.
Job Summary: The C.N.A. will be responsible for all duties as assigned by the Manager so that the residential facility will operate smoothly and provide the service recipients the opportunity for maximum growth. C.N.A. will also be responsible for maintaining accurate knowledge of residential procedures, shift responsibilities. Operation manual, individual service recipient characteristics, and Personnel Policies and Procedures.
Full & Part Time Residential Aides
Qualifications: GED or High School Diploma, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and at least 18 years of age.

Responsible for maintaining accurate knowledge of residential procedures, shift responsibilities, operation manual, individual service recipients characteristics, and Department Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications:
Must have LPN license, valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. 18 years of age or older. GED or High School diploma.
Job Summary:
1. Responsible for all duties as assigned by the Manager so that the facility will operate smoothly and provide the service recipients the opportunity for maximum growth.
2. Complete all medical treatments as assigned by the physicians, Managers, and his/her designee.
3. Ensure all medications are taken at the proper time and in the quantity that is prescribed; ensure proper records are maintained regarding medication dispensed during shift.
4. Take and record temperature, pulse and respiration rates of assigned individuals.
5. Take and record food and liquid intake an output of individuals as directed by the program supervisor.
