OTC - Job Placement

The Arc of Camden's Occupational Training Center (OTC) job placement program places employees who are ready for a more independent work environment. They are matched to available employment opportunities based on interest and abilities. Job Placement Specialists first familiarize themselves with the necessary job skills and then provide on-the-job training for each employee to ensure a successful experience. Follow-along support services are provided, as needed, to help the employee become more independent in their employment. Long-term follow-up services ensure that the employee continues to experience success and the customer remains satisfied with the work performed.
