OTC - Work Adjustment Training (WAT)

OTC’s WAT program that provides facility based and non-facility based, intensive work skills training to consumers who have a primary vocational goal of securing a competitive job. The WAT program is funded by the NJ Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (DVRS) and it last from 9 to 18 weeks depending on the specific needs of the consumer. This program is closely monitored and coordinated by OTC’s WAT Specialist in coordination with various facility professionals.
