Adult Day Programs

We provide a 6-hour, Monday through Friday program to invigorate the lives of individuals with disabilities. The dreams, goals, and needs of our participants are the central focus of each day program. A wide range of activities take place where individuals can work on increasing their independence, daily living and social skills, employment goals, and community integration.

Our creative, experienced, and enthusiastic staff make each day a joyful opportunity for growth. We are looking for individuals who want a rich, fulfilling, and motivating experience!

Some areas of assistance include:

  • Problem Solving skills

  • Self-care and daily living skills

  • Physical fitness and exercise

  • Community access

  • Communication

  • Volunteering

  • Emotional and behavioral skills

  • Safety training

  • Hygiene and grooming

How to Apply

Adult Day Program Services are available to those who are eligible for Medicaid Fee-for service or self-pay. Participants and their families should begin the application process by contacting their case manager. Participants should also work with their circle of support to gather the following documents:

  • Current physical examination

  • Copy of Social Security Card

  • Copy of birth certificate

  • Current photo identification (State ID, passport, etc.)

  • Documentation of diagnosis of an intellectual and/or developmental disability by a psychologist/psychiatrist

  • Notice of Privacy Practices form
