The news is out about The Arc’s Three Little Birds Cafe food truck!
The Courier-Post and The Philadelphia Inquirer both recently published stories about The Arc’s new initiative that provides on-the-job training and helps raise awareness and proceeds for The Arc’s mission.
“And while the food truck is a great place to grab some hand-breaded chicken wings for lunch, it also serves as a stepping stone for individuals hoping to eventually gain meaningful employment in the community,” wrote The Inquirer.
“It is now an important part of the hands-on training environment in the kitchen of The Occupational Training Center. All of the proceeds from the food truck sales go to The Arc to support its missions,” wrote The Courier-Post. “Three Little Birds Café rolls up to community gatherings, festivals, concerts in the park, businesses, schools, and private catering events in South Jersey.”
